Our Story

After traveling the world together, we chose to put down roots in Southern Shores and raise our children by the beach. Over the years, we’ve watched the area evolve into a destination known for large gatherings and mega homes. When the opportunity arose to own a cozy bungalow—one where small families and close friends could come together and create meaningful memories—we knew we had to be part of it.

At its heart, Southern Shores is a small beachside town where time slows to a crawl, sunsets paint the sky, and meteor showers can be seen throughout the year. Days here are meant for long bike rides, ice cream cones, afternoon naps on the porch, and building sandcastles by the shore.
